Rachel is a licensed mental health counselor. Her therapeutic approach is founded in attachment and relational therapies. She believes relationships are the foundational piece upon which healthy and functional lives are built; that we all flourish when we live in connection with others, engaging mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. These same relationships may also be the cause of one’s greatest pain or struggle. The therapeutic relationship you will develop will serve as the foundation in addressing past and present wounds. Together, her hope is that you can find healing and growth.

Rachel has extensive personal and professional experience working within the foster system, with first responders, adults and couples embarking on marriage, struggling with grief, relational challenges, spirituality/faith and identity issues.

In her free time, you will find her among her family and friends, in the kitchen or enjoying the outdoors.
